Thanks for stopping. GnuDialer is a predictive dialer for contact centers. GnuDialer is licensed under the GNU GPL, and is maintained by Jamerson Medley, Heath Schultz, and Richard Lyman. GnuDialer was built using Asterisk, mysql, and runs on GNU/Linux. Please check out our FAQ here.

A VERY special thanks to CommPartners for providing us with sips for testing, Richard Lyman for all of his advice on the coming release, and Simply Marketing Inc. for setting up hosting and registering gnudialer.org!

Info on Gnudialer!?

Gnudialer is a Open Source predictive dialer licensed under GNU GPL. Currently development for Gnudialer has been ongoing for almost two years.. We are always open to any outside help on development/testing. So if you would like to help with development or contribute to our project feel free to contact us.

The Puff series is a low resource predictive dialer that uses the Asterisk PBX. We can manage 30+ agents using less than $800.00 in computer hardware (not including telephony hardware if your application requires it). Gnudialer is very customizable. It's a multi-process object oriented application written in C++.

Clustering: You can cluster gnudialer to use other Asterisk PBX's to originate calls/recording/IVR/Answering machine detection!

Inbound: Works great! Inbound does require some dialplan modding to work, but the options are endless. If you require an advanced inbound system, GnuDialer may be what you are looking for.

Open/Closer Open/closer campaigns are heavily supported and work perfect!

Blended Agents can be blended across multiple campaigns. Inbound/outbound. Opener on one campaign, closer for another at the same time.

Safe Gnudialer Gnudialer can run as a dameon with a safe tag that enables it to recover from crashes, if they happen (Over the last four months we've redone try/exception code to enable backtracking in the event of an error which has proven itself even under loads of 35+ agents) Seg faults have become a thing of the past. I personally haven't seen a seg since January. .

Stats Agent/Campaign stats. Pretty standard. Our stats have the most common information that would be expected from a contact center dialer! See an example of agent stats here! See an example of campaign stats here! These stats are fake and producted using a simulation system we have for stress testing. GnuDialer keeps track of everything, so if your required stats aren't in stats yet, they are being logged for future addition.

Timezone filtering (US Only) --- GnuDialer can dial non-US numbers but doesn't provide timezone filtering for those areas, yet.

Answering machine detection Various methods --- tried and tested. Most work as good if not better than expensive bulky hardware dialers.

Online script editor Edit your scripts via the dialer admin pages quickly! All changes are made in realtime. No need to pay $500/hr just to update a script!

Agent/screen montioring Monitor agents on the phone as well as see the information they see!

Export sales See the days sales on the fly!

Lead filtering on the fly custom filters via the dialeradmin. Manage campaigns online Change campaign settings via the dialer admin page quickly without having to restart campaign or have agents log off and back on!

Much much more!
